Site Manager

Paragon Resource Solutions are recruiting for a Site Manager on a long-term freelance basis.

Our client is a fast growing, forward thinking design and build contractor with multiple active sites across London, the home counties and the south of the UK with a strong £80mil pipeline of new projects nationally most notably care homes.

Due to their continued growth they are looking to add to their existing team.

Experience within the care home build sector would be an advantage. You must also have experience in seeing a project through from enabling works through to finishing stages and handover.

Duties include –

– Day to day running of the site alongside the Project Manager.

– Overseeing trades checking quality daily and delivering a quality build with low
snags/defects.

– Working closely with the Project Manager to ensure that projects are completed to a high
standard of quality on time and within budget.

– Site inductions

– Tool Box talks

– Manage health and safety.

Requirements for this role include –

-SMSTS

-First aid

-CSCS card.

-Good communication skills

– String IT skills
