Jo Green
Managing Director
Jo is a proven market leader in Property Services recruitment providing a first class service to her clients for over 20 years. She formed Paragon Resource Solutions in 2022 with the support of The Recruit Venture Group knowing it was the right time to create her own vision and continue her success with a new brand and business to go alongside her excellent reputation.
Having recruited in multiple sectors throughout her career, she has spent the last 15 years focused on the Construction and Property Services markets, recruiting at all levels from site labour to key senior appointments.
Building and managing multi-disciplined teams while always maintaining a hands – on approach with clients and candidates has led them to rely on her as not just another supplier but also as a true recruitment partner.
Jo and Mel worked alongside one another earlier in their careers back in 2009-2010 and have now joined forces once again to form the Paragon management team. They intend to bring together their 35 years joint experience to create a dynamic force in the market providing the highest level of service they can.
In her spare time Jo can be found at the gym, on a 10k run or running around after her teenage son, Jacob!
Mel Wilson
Managing Director
Mel is a highly experienced recruiter who has always specialised within the Trades and Labour sector. In recent months Mel has found herself recruiting more and more for the Permanent White Collar side of the business. Successfully placing multiple White Collar candidates within new positions across Suffolk and Norfolk
Mel has recruited for many Suffolk contractors and subcontractors during her career, often considered as an extension of their HR function….. Mel’s reputation is testament to her dedication to both Clients and Candidates. Her straight talking and transparent approach to recruitment has formed long standing relationships with both clients and candidates over a period of 15 years.
Mel has recently taken a break from recruitment, to focus on her young family. When Jo approached Mel about joining the Paragon management team, Mel knew now was the time to return to the industry. Having worked alongside Jo many years ago, Mel was honoured to have the opportunity to work with Jo again. Mel and Jo share the same vision, passion and drive to provide the highest level of service.
When Mel is not making snacks for her children, she can be found drinking tea, baking, sewing, gardening or walking her much loved dog.
Harriet Butler
Property Services Maintenance Manager
Harriet Butler joined the Paragon team in July 2023 as our Property Services and Maintenance Manager.
Before starting her recruitment career with Jo back in 2017 Harriet worked in prestige estate agency and lettings. She soon found her niche in Maintenance and Social housing recruitment and excelled in the role building on existing client relationships and finding and supporting new clients with their recruitment needs.
In her precious spare time away from her young sons George and Arthur she enjoys going to a spin class, watching a good thriller and eating Thai food’
Daisy-Mae
Recruitment Consultant
Daisy-Mae is our newest recruit, who’s joined to strengthen and develop our existing Trades and Labour business across Suffolk. Having started her recruitment only a year ago, she soon became on Mel’s radar and we knew we needed her on our Team. Although she has only recently entered the world of Construction Recruitment, this is not her first exposure. She has grown up watching her mother run her own Successful recruitment business and has been surrounding by a family who all work within construction. It goes without saying, she is a natural a Construction Recruiter. She has a clear understanding for the industry and is passionate about finding the right candidates for the right company. She may be the youngest member to join our team, what she lacks in experience she makes up with determination and energy. She is already establishing herself and building strong relationships with Clients and Candidates.
Mel is looking forward to working alongside Daisy-Mae, sharing her knowledge and expertise with her. Mel is a self-confessed control freak, but knows it’s time to hand the Trades ad Labour division over to Daisy-Mae. She is confident she is the right person to grow this side of the business. Which will allows Mel to continue growing our White Collar Division.
When Daisy-Mae isn’t hanging around building sites, she enjoys going the gym, drinking mochas, and the occasional all night rave

Jamarl is a driven and dedicated recruitment professional with nearly 10 years of experience across recruitment, sales, and HR, specialising in the fast-growing Renewables sector. Known for building strong client relationships and consistently delivering tailored hiring solutions. He has established a trusted reputation for quality and integrity within a competitive market.
Throughout his career he has worked across a range of industries but found a true passion in the Renewables space, partnering with organisations to support their growth through the attraction and placement of top talent. From entry-level hires to senior leadership appointments he take a hands-on approach to recruitment, ensuring both clients and candidates receive a first-class service.
Away from daily recruitment life, he is a proud parent of twin girls and an avid sports enthusiast. When not working, you’ll likely find him on the football pitch or watching just about any sport going
Demi Noga
Senior Recruitment Consultant
With over 7 years of experience in Construction Specialist Recruitment, Demi brings in-depth industry knowledge and a hands-on relationship focused approach to her new role at Paragon Resource Solutions. Since joining the team she is continuing her passion for connecting skilled candidates with the right opportunities.
She works closely with both new and existing clients, taking the time to understand our clients’ needs! Demi loves visiting and regularly speaking with clients and candidates, recognising the importance of building strong and lasting relationships. Outside of work, Demi loves travelling, learning a new language and watching football!
Natasha Williams
Candidate Resourcer
Natasha Williams joined Paragon in April 2023 as Suffolk Construction Resourcer supporting Mel.
Tash started her career in 2010 and worked as Mel’s office support for a number of years with a previous agency. She has taken a break to bring up her young boys Jack and Leo in recent years and is thrilled to be back doing what she does best – building relationships with candidates and finding them their ideal roles.
In her spare time Tash is a keen footballer and captains a local ladies football team the Mulbarton Belles.
